Do the members of the Axis get to use Axes? And if so do they have to ask permission to use the Axes or is access restricted to them? What I am getting at is: Do the members of the Axis have access to the axes, or do they have to ask?

Natalie, you sound quite a bit more than 'slightly' miffed. Tone it down a bit and we might consider your application. But one of the other two will have to go since, you know, all axes must only have three members. Hey, these aren't my rules.
