He looks seriously unwell and note that his right eye is far bigger than the left ? I suggest an optical bath wash that any rich pharmacy will provide, but in the meantime teach him to use his left eye even if it means a temporary patch on the right and I'm sure he will be well balanced in the future. Meanwhile you mudt be happy hes a lovely kid.
