Carb Control
Over the last three weeks, I have been working hard to control my blood sugar and stay healthy. While I am pleasantly surpised at how well it is going so far, there is one issue that is irking me.
I had though that reducing the number or amount of carbohydrates that I consumed would be enough (for example if I stopped eating chocolate every day!) but it seems like any carbs that I eat have a HUGE effect on my blood sugar.
I am trying to eat almost none, but this is proving to be difficult since almost everything has carbs in it somewhere.

chocolate is happily one of those things you don't need to give up for its carbs. in fact the whole carb limiting thing is not nearly as hard as i'd thought it was going to be. should you get yOurself interested in controlled carb dieting and would like some help/tips - drop me a line.
kisses!
Are you kidding me? Chocolate, just like all candies are filled with carbohydrates! All Candy, soda, bread, crackers, milk, juice, fruit, potatoes, some colored vegetables, as well as almost everything else in the world.
The things that are relatively carb free: green veggies, meats, cheeses, water, diet soda, coffee, ummm, yeah that's about it.
