Trevor and his salsa fresca
Trevor and I made salsa fresca today with tomatoes and peppers from a neighbor's garden (thanks, guys!). We took a basic uncooked salsa recipe we found while googling and modified it for the ingredients we had on hand (added leftover grilled corn, left out the cilantro).

good goddess girl! Never ever leave out the cilantro or lime!
I make this all the time.. at this time of year, anyway. Three kids of tomatoes, three kinds of peppers, onion, garlic
( fresh) salt and cilantro! gobs of it, and a couple of limes, juiced and then the pulp added. YUM.
