Raspberry Day
We picked raspberries at the Lakeside Berry Farm today in Alburgh. The farm really is lakeside, you can see Lake Champlain as you pick the berries.
This week, we'll be making raspberry jam, raspberry popsicles and maybe raspberry turnovers if I'm feeling ambitious enough to try making puff pastry from scratch.
