Both Bryan and I are looking for new jobs. We have been dilligently working on our resumes in 4 minute increments and trying our best to get them "out there." I thought this morning, hey, why not put Emily to work since I am having such rotten luck?!

REFERENCES
Call us between 2:30am and 4:45 am. We are always awake.

At one week old she doesn't let up on anyone. So, here's to you buddy!

Emily Love only sleeps during the day and keeps Mommy and Daddy up all night. She is so cute when she is sleeping. Actually, she's cute all the time, but we are too busy to take photos when she cries and eats. Emily liked being bundled up tightly for the first couple days and now she sprawls out and throws her blankets to her feet. She makes awesome noises.

We're Parents....really.
Bet winners will be announced soon....
I have been pregnant for thirty-nine weeks. I am done being pregnant. I am ready right now, probably for the last few weeks. Now both my husband and I are growing weary of waiting. We have packed up and were ready to leave a million times but those consistant contractions turn out to be Braxton Hicks just fooling us again. Very funny. It feels like it's never going to happen.
My tummy is huge. And that is no exaggeration. I do not think I could wait much longer for it to be a decent size. I knock stuff off the counter and when I am in the kitchen, nobody else can fit past me. My poor belly button is an ungodly purple mess and it hurts too. In fact, all of my skin is painful to touch. I have been wearing and washing the same two outfits because nothing fits me. Three of Bryan's tshirts and two maternity jeans. I probably look like I never change my clothes because the two jeans are the same.
The last time I sat down and was comfortable was sometime in October. I have been trying to stay on my feet and maintain the usual amount of activity . (Also hoping that gravity would help me out here.) Trust me, I enjoy being active and have no interest in doing nothing. If only I didn't have to go so early for my maternity leave. Those four extra weeks of work would make me appreciate this awful waiting period. Eventually I will stop being bitter about that.
It feels like I am never going to go into labor, which I am very much looking forward to experiencing. Yes, I am aware that labor is very painful and it can take many hours. But I am ready to see our baby and I have confidence in myself. Bring it on.

On Sunday we put together the crib from Tara, Dave, and Trevor and here it is!
Dad, Mom, Sean, and Allisyn did a wonderful job! Thank you!
Many thanks again to Dave, Tara, Trevor, and Dave's parents, Arnold and Liz!
Thanks for everything guys!

I made a Turkey on Sunday!
I love Turkey! We should have Thanksgiving once a month.
